Click Getting started, then click "page templates" to access all templates
Click the size of Display Box you'd like to order, download and save the zip file, then unzip the templates.
Open the box template for the number of spreads in your book.
Reminders from Cover Templates apply to Display Box as well

On the order form:
Scroll down on the order form to see the add-on options, click to select Display Box.
Be sure to select your cover material and color, just like when selecting the book cover.
Upload the Display Box file along with the spreads and book cover.
